Virtual support system within a company

Customers, Prospective clients, Vendors and employees all can be integrated at one place. All These features are extensively used and the framework of slack, call , sometimes social media buttons are very useful. Usability is very high at different levels, majorly helpful for calling agent /support team the concised modality of zendesk is really helpful
