Zello is easy to use for both drivers and operations staff. I introduced Zello to our company, Lovatt Transport, looking for an alternative to our outdated two-way system. Setting up Zello on drivers tablets eliminated having to physically mount two-ways in all the vehicles, which were expensive and unreliable. Since we changed from traditional two-way to Zello, the operations office is much more peaceful. This is because each operator has the system on their computer rather than a central two-way base station that everyone needs to hear. Communication with drivers has improved immensely. The best thing about Zello is there is little to no downtime or communication issues with the drivers. I don't think i could ever go back to a traditional two-way system.
