Since 2019, the team at Zayzoon has been great to work with, and the product, virtually flawless. Initial rollout went smoothly and ongoing support has been excellent. Though issues are rare, they are nearly always due to employees entering incorrect verification information during initial account setup. From an operations standpoint, the Zayzoon API automates the entire process, from setting up the employee draw on earned wages to the repayment through the payroll deduction. Our clients love the system -- it costs them nothing; provides a benefit that can promote employee retention, plus, the employer is never “on the hook” for wages advanced, even when the employee leaves with an outstanding balance.
