ZayZoon sounded too good to be true...and they delivered better than promised. Setup took only a couple of emails to my payroll provider and we were up and running the next day. Our employees can now access their paychecks early without having to pay high fees for short term loans, whenever they need cash. ZayZoon fully integrates with UKG and runs seamlessly in the background. Our employees report that customer service is extremely helpful when contacted. Some employees use the product once a week or not at all and the best part is that it doesnt cost us anything to offer this benefit.

Not sure, as none of my employees have been able to utlize this.

ZayZoon has been easy to work with and integrates well with our payroll system. I don't have to update our employee census and any deductions come right out of payroll. Our last system was more manual and there were occasions where deductions were not processed in payroll. Customer Support has been easy and responsive.
