The templates for authoring policies and procedures really do make sense and turn out very readable and understandable documents. It allows to put in exceptions, and makes attaching videos, documents, or weblinks very easy. The user portal is also easy for people to look for something using key words. My account representative has always been immediately responsive, and although I always prefer one on one support, their support ticketing responses through email have been very comprehensive. I don't find myself having back and forth emails to get a helpful response--they truly understand my issue.
