Powerfull AI support tool

When you think about AI application, customer service come first. Yet as the technologie is still young, it's hard to find something working well. If you don't choose the right tool, it's easy to kill you customer service. Yuma do a great job. You will need to spend some time on the setup and prompts to make sure it work well but the possibilities are endless. We already automate 1/4 of our customer service and we are very careful to maintain the best service.
