Needing MFA codes often due to high security in the financial industry, we turned to Yodel 4 years ago for one place for all our employees to receive codes. We integrated this to slack and made the whole process more accessible, secure, and controlled by the firm and not individual devices. We then added additional yodel phones# s for marketing, sales, and support. All going to their own slack channels.

Good software, easy to use, easy to install & setup, Customer Support is decent although not useful if too technical problems which can be frustrating

- The Slack integration is amazing, desktop app compliments it nicely given that Slack doesn't have a steady ring. - Service and settings are pretty simple and straightforward, especially compared to other providers like phone.com. - The iPhone app is good, again nice and simple. - Support is very responsive and helpful.
