We cannot say enough about our positive experiences with Yodel over the last several years we have been using them. They continue to innovate and are very responsive to customer needs for specialized functionality. I enjoy speaking to real people who genuinely care about their business i.e. it isn't just some job where they are checking the boxes on support. We mostly use them through Slack but some departments and people use their windows app and phone app. All of their customer-facing solutions are well designed and thought out for a great end-user experience.
