The professional apperence of this vTiger fork; very good for complex comercial workflows

It is web based and cover all issues about business. most if not all of us like in this customer management system. Basically it is free and this makes it the best tool in terms of competition. It has a very good display and is a web. I can put as many users as I want and the most important is a stable system.I can very easily define user rights and I can define what to see, which records, and of course, what men. I think it is the best crm of those I have worked on and the most important thing is free.

That it's free is a major perk, but with free comes some drawbacks.
