Simple and powerful

Simple and user friendly user interface. Many features for modern business telephony are included (presence, corporate catalog, ivr, call forwarding, parking and so on). Supports a rich set of clients including hardware phones of popular vendors. It's rather easy to deploy. Basic contact center features are also included. Supports remote clients with vendor portal. The documentation is good enough. Can be integrated to another PBX (such as MS Teams) with SIP.

Not your usual PBX System; it goes beyond your expectation.

Yeastar P-Series PBX System offers its users a lot of features making it known in the market. One of the notable features of Yeastar P-Series is its flexibility and scalability offering ease of use and implementation. It was designed to scale alongside the growth of the business which allows you to expand your communication infrastructure as needed. It also offers different deployment options such as on-prem, software edition and cloud based. Yeastar P-Series also supports third party integration such as CRM, Helpdesk, etc. helping improve effieciency in the business. Yeastar customer support is prompt in addressing and acknowledging customer inquiries and technical issues. They are knowledgeable on their field and effective in resolving technical issues. We've been using Yeastar P-Series to manage our call flow in the office and in terms of frequency of use, Yeastar has been part of my everyday life.
