4ME @ Deloitte Belgium

4ME is a complete ESM tool, easy to implement. Very logic. All the new features that have been added over the past few years are very usefull. Stable and fast platform performance. Easy to integrate with other suppliers/departments.

4me customer for 5 years now

We work across + 300 companies with multiple service desks, different services, and different wishes for SLA, self-service designs and ITIL maturity levels. We all work together but differently, and 4me provides us with a platform that can accommodate this. The multitenant solution is easy to access and maintain as a system owner and admins can work across teams and tenants seamlessly and whatever requirements a specific organization needs, we can customize it, without breaking performance or functionality. One of the things we also really benefit from is the performance. We don't see any downtime, we have zero lack in reporting and continuous development 52 weeks a year. This means new cool features year-round, and if an error occurs, all development stops, and the error is corrected and added to production within days. That is something that we have seen from day 1 and we highly appreciate the huge effort it takes to continuously deliver this kind of quality control. We like the license model that is straightforward and that all modules are included in a monthly fee. When starting out with 4me, one can choose to keep it simple, and build from there, so that once the maturity level gets higher, the complexity in the system can also increase, and this without having to redesign the whole thing. We started out with IT services, and slowly moved to HR, Finance, and other areas, and with some experience, this can be done, with internal resources and does not require 6 months of external consultants draining our budget. We are still after 5 years very happy with our choice. That we are able to customize processes like Change management, so that we can keep it simple instead of building a huge framework, that nobody uses because it's taking too long.

Enterprise Service Management - 4me

4me helps me engage with various IT enterprise activities such as designing the requirements, creating incidents, delivering work metrics, supporting policies, and managing the SDLC of IT services. It gives me end-to-end management of all my organizational activity tracking and analysis. It provides an excellent service catalog that registers critical information such as cost metrics, feature implementations, terms of use, and provisioning policies.
