Efficient, User-Friendly, and Cost-Effective VoIP Solution

I like that Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX is simple to manage once configured. The interface is straightforward, making tasks like adding extensions or changing call routes easy. It's appreciated that it supports many features without needing extras, like voicemail, call recording, remote extensions, and SIP trunking. The simple interface means we don't always need a specialist for small changes, which is convenient. Remote extensions are particularly useful for staff working from home, as they can use their office extension as long as they have internet. Call recording and voicemail are helpful for support, allowing us to check calls if there’s confusion or missed information. Additionally, SIP trunking helped reduce costs and offered more flexibility compared to normal telephones. I also found the integration with Linkus valuable for mobile and desktop calling, enabling staff to use their office extension on their phones and laptops when away from the office. The initial setup was easier than expected, with basic configurations being straightforward.

What I like most about Linkus is its integration with the Yeastar cloud PBX ecosystem, because it allows me to have all telephony and corporate communication centralized on a single platform, in a practical and coherent way. Additionally, its ease of use allows both technical and non-technical users to adapt quickly, without unnecessary complications. I also greatly value the information it provides about the status of call queues, as it gives real-time visibility into what is happening and helps manage attention better. This makes it a very useful tool for day-to-day operations, especially when it's necessary to control the workload and respond quickly to customers.

Flexible Call Switching and User-Friendly Web Interface

Ability to switch calls between phones, mobiles and computer which helps with the work from home flexibility. I also like the web-based interface that does not require technical skills.
