It is approachable and simple to use. The response time, should you be struggling, is always quick too. There's plenty of support to assist in using all features and it makes day to day and audit requests much more simple.

I like being able to modify the different columns, filters and views.

The Xelix system is one of the best we have used. We have trialled others before to help us imporve our transactional side of the business and xelix is by th far the easiest one we have. The team and espically Paris have been great with us setting up weekly calls and monthly reviews. A company of our size turning over billions in revenue every year you could imagie how many invoice we enter. The system picks up every single error/duplicate we have. The statement reconcillaiton tool is brilliant as it helps us complete recs in minutes. The best tool on xelix has to be the new AI tool they are implementing. Emails from suppliers are directly linked to the system and the AI automatically picks it up. It recommends suggestions on what to do, sending responses back and even completing statements recs. We use Xelix on a daily basis and I highly recommend to any company out there to implement this tool!
