It offered actionable insights we would typically need a focus group or extensive market research to uncover. The results included overall feedback, specific insights for highlighted sections (even though this cost extra), an AI summary, and a human-made summary, all of which made it clear what was working and what needed improvement. This will help us refine our messaging. We'll try it again for another product we have.

The customer support and account managers are responsive and helpful. Easy to get started and implement - nothing plugs into internal systems so no risk on the infosec or legal side. We're using it at least once a week across the team and are able to share results with our product and marketing peers very quickly.
