The support is absolutely outstanding. I've never had an issue or problem they could not solve and the wait on chat is usually around 1 minute

It is dead simple to use and ideal for anyone hosting WordPress websites. Not only is the speed amazing, but they specialize in Wordpress, eliminating a lot of common problems when setting up installations. Oh, and the support is quick to respond and highly skilled/technical. I've spoken to support I believe two times total, and every time they were quick to respond and very knowledgeable.
