WP Umbrella has become an irreplaceable part of our website management system. It manages backups, security and so much more. Support is also excellent, individual replies not just generic time wasters.

Although WP Umbrella hasn't been around too long compared to competitors, they are well on their way to becoming the best tool for managing multiple WordPress sites. Actually, they already are. What impresses us most about is the incredibly fantastic UI/UX as well as the active development of new features, such as automatic backups, bulk updates, and white label.

WP Umbrella has awesome support, are always adding new features. The features I like the most are being able to update plugins/themes and update WP from one dashboard. You can also monitor site performance and PHP errors on your sites. The information that I have been able to retrieve from the app has been very useful to help tweak my site for performance as well as solve issues with developers for the plugins I use. Another great feature is the ability to perform backups of all my sites. I can't tell you how difficult it has been to configure backup plugins. All I have to do is set a backup schedule and then WP Umbrella does the rest. No more failed backups due to backup plugin timeouts or server timeouts. It is handled elegantly and perfectly by WP Umbrellas remote backups. This feature alone was worth the investment, and best of all it is less expensive than other solutions. I have been using WP Umbrella for almost a year and they have continually impressed me with the new features that are consistently added to the platform. The fineness with which new features are added, as well as the care the team puts into their updates really sets them ahead of the competition.
