As a fresh newcomer to the WordPress management scene, WP Umbrella does not disappoint. Its interface is clean, uncluttered, loads quickly and is easy to navigate. There is a PHP error feature that I haven't seen in competitors which I love. This helps us identify potential issues and fix them proactively before they snowball into larger problems. Their transparent pricing is attractive and makes it much easier to project costs. Hourly backups are necessary for mission-critical like e-commerce stores, and it is included as part of the standard offering, which is impressive. I like the Google PageSpeed and response metrics as it helps us quickly filter slow-loading websites under management and improve their performance as part of our service offering. The white labelling features for the plugin and reports are excellent. WP Umbrella's support team are highly responsive, passionate and cares about its users. They are receptive to their users' input, pushing fixes and introducing new features at a rapid pace. There is a lot to look forward to on their roadmap. I have been a long-term user of ManageWP and thoroughly tested at least 3 other options before settling on WP Umbrella and won't be looking back.
