It's a modern interface with all the features you need - not more, not less. The support responded within minutes, and we can see that the software is continuously improving and will get even better in the future. We shifted all our websites from ManageWP to WP Umbrella and couldn't be happier.

Its very affordable and does many small things that are useful

As a designer, I like the clean design of the dashboard. One look and I know what the state of all my sites is. I'm happy WP-Umbrella exists. Now I can see how healthy and up-to-date my sites are. And glad to have an extra backup-system. I like it when things go smoothly. It's easy to use and less buggy and heavy than for instance MainWP. I'm a designer in the first place so I don't like it when it gets too techie. I love the super quick support. I had a backup problem and it was solved with the next update. And even my small UX adjustment was taken seriously and implemented right away. It's not just the tool. It's the whole package.
