I used other three similar services in the years before try WP Umbrella. I deceided to stay with this service because have some extra features that other don't have or are more expensive, like hourly backups. Is more intuitive and very easy to implement and use. The customer support replies very fast to me in only some minutes, and provide a solution with the backups. I think that this tool have a great potential adding more features in the future, but as actually is, is an excellent solution. I can recommend WP Umbrella without any doubt.
