They always make sure that you are satisfied with their assistance before concluding each task. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable.

They respond quickly to emails, but the response doesn't necessarily give you the answer you're looking for. And the *minimal* work they completed seemed to be good. But the keyword there is minimal - as in not worth the money.

I'm happy with the turnaround times, the follow-up, the level of expertise and the initiative the Buffs take to solve "problems" or more difficult tasks (e.g. seeking assistance / input from other Buffs). I also appreciate the recommendations offered by the Buffs if any of my requests either aren't possible or advisable.
