Just as written in the title. Three impressive upsides about Woven stand out to me. Firstly, it is incredibly easy to use. Compared to other coding platforms like HackerRank, Woven is more straightforward and comes with detailed instructions. The user interface of the webpage is pretty intuitive, so I always know where I should click! Secondly, Woven provides a realistic work simulation rather than just dummy algorithm questions. Some challenges closely resemble tasks you might encounter on the job. For instance, one challenge required me to peer review a pull request on GitHub. It is really an amazing experience! Lastly, my communication with Woven has been excellent. They consistently remind me and ask about my availability for taking challenges. Also, I always receive their email reply in one or two days, and I think communication is important during the hiring process!

Woven platform is unique and user friendly. It has a very clean UI and their product engineering team has made the product very strategically such that user doesn't feel bore on the platform.

I was most impressed by the level of preparatory resources and plentiful opportunity to get confident with the platform before the assessment. Woven does an amazing job of setting the candidate up for success, providing thorough instructions and tips that ensure candidates are able to focus on the task at hand, not on how to use the tools.
