We like the ability to quickly post for new 1099 contractor positions in any city and have it live on job boards by the following day, if not the same day. This feature alone was a significant time savings for us and allowed us to shorten the number of hours a day spent recruiting. Workstream also rolls out new features every 60 days and seem to be responsive to adding things that would streamline recruitment further. Technical support was quick as well.
