What I like best is the easy of setting up the interviews. Why you ask? I set the time(s) when I am available. I then get an email and a calendar add so I don't miss anything. Can connect via workstream so no email or phone calls are needed. Lots of features and the ease of use mad this a no brainer.

It's a once place for a candidates application, scheduling of interviews, and onboarding which saves me so much time! Their customer support is incredibly responsive and fixes issues in a timely manner.
