While SAP has their own CRM system, and our partners have their own CRM systems, workspan allows SAP (And our partners ) to expand and grow the pipeline - joint pipeline. This avoids any channel conflict and increases the collaboration. When the joint opportunity progresses to the point where it is a real opportunity for both SAP and our partner.. we have the synchronization into our CRM systems to insure proper tracking for the partner organization, the partner, and the sales organization
