What used to be a manual exercise of categorizing and sorting responses into themes has been streamlined into a few simple clicks. The integrated sentiment analysis has eliminated manual reviewer bias, and the ability to add context (and exclusions) helps differentiate key words used to express different concepts and themes. This transformation has turned a multi-resource, weeks-long exercise into a task that takes mere minutes.

The interface is easy to understand and uploading information is straightforward. The analysis options on the site are strong (particularly Deep Dive) but users can extract data for their own analysis if required. Users can also train our own themes so are not restricted to out of the box options. We are well supported with a dedicated account manager. WordNerds are constantly developing the product and new features have been launched we started using it.
