I like that Wistia is super easy to use and accessible through its website, allowing everyone on the team to get in there and make edits. I really appreciate that we can replace videos while keeping the video data or details, so we can continue to watch engagement over time and update the videos when needed. I also really like the webinar feature—it has made a big difference in the way our customers can interact with us during webinars without being confused.

I really like Wistia for its automated captions, which save me a lot of time by doing the first scan and cuts for the captions. It's absolutely great. The analytics are very good, allowing me to dig into the numbers to find out how certain videos are performing, which also saves me a lot of time. Wistia helps to centralize all of my videos in one place and provides stats on the performance of these videos. I also appreciate the ease of downloading and translating captions into different languages, which has been a huge time saver.
