We were already implementing the EOS methodology/business approach as an organization and using its companion software has worked wonders in streamlining KPIS, reporting, to-dos and tasks. Works well for alignment.

The most helpful would be the agenda making before the meetings start. You are able to create headlines regarding on what topics are needed to be addressed during your meeting and also another one would be tracking the metrics of the team.

I love how it runs through our team scorecard. We can quickly see how each team member is performing with their KPI's. I also love how there's a section for solving issues.
