When using the Traction Tools website for Traction Meetings, it's VERY user-friendly. When you start a meeting, it keeps everyone in the meeting on track with what there is to discuss. If you haven't read the EOS books, then you won't understand how it keeps us on "track" and keep us moving through the meeting. Everyone now knows how to use and keep the meeting productive. Even if you have someone who doesn't use technology regularly, they will be able to pick up on this system quickly. The other things is that after a meeting, whoever is in the meeting, receives a meeting summary and you have the notes sent of what was all discussed.

For those of us unfamiliar with traditional meetings, Traction provides a space and a format for our meetings. It also encourages the discussion of issues in the workplace, goal (or Rock) creation and attainment and helps us to differentiate between simple "To Dos" and the larger "Rocks".
