There are many things to like. The cost, it is very affordable. The fact that you can connect to your websites using IIS Manager is great, and they keep the servers up to date with the current versions of SQL Server and ASP.NET. Whenever I opened a support ticket, I would get a real reply (not an automated one) in 30 minutes or less and they are very responsive. Finally, the technical documentation/FAQ section they have is very complete. I've used them for about five years and very happy with them. I've always used the Max plan which is super affordable.
