User friendly for beginners

I like how they have integrated their FAQs on the livechat widget it self. This shows that they could display related and important questions, minimizing contacting support directly. I also like to mention Sophie for assisting me in removing the branding on my widget. This feature also helps me create my own branding.

Excellent product for encouraging customers to get in touch.

It's a great app for encouraging your customers to reach out to you. Excellent customisation options to match your brand colours and options to add things like FAQ & order tracking. It's easy to use and install. Customer support is also excellent, I had an issue my end integrating a third store and customer support sorted it quickly and were very friendly and helpful. The fact that you get the option to integrate three stores on the paid plan is well worth it! I would highly recommend and I will be using Willdesk for more stores in the future.
