I like how easy it to is put someone on hold and transfer calls. It allows for very efficient phone calls. I find that is is very easy to manage multiple users at once as well with the ability to call another user before transferring them.

The instant message feature is great for the industry that I work in. We are always trying to cut down on the number of e-mails we get daily so the IM feature is great to help with that.
