More than anything else I like its end-to-end solution for complete lifecycle management of mobile devices. This encompasses end to end procurement, contract management and also decommissioning of devices at the EOL. The old and new can work together with Outlyer, the system that fits in without lots of IT shop changes. The platform is also built with an easy-to-use interface which simplifies user training and makes it easier for the team to pick up.
