Smart Quiz Builder - or SQB - has many great features, but one of my favorites is that it is a one-time purchase WP plugin that can be downloaded and imported into any other WP platform with the builder installed. Build the quiz once and import it into all of your sites. I also love the 'no monthly fee' ;-) It is just as good, if not better in some ways than the subscription model quizzes at a fraction of the price. I also love their new 'notifications' add-on that allows you to email quiz takers with their results from right within the plugin - on a tag level.
