When I Work gives you access to all of your shifts as well as your coworkers' shifts.

I used to spend hours making spreadsheets of our employees shifts to get it just right. Sadly, when an employee needed to make a change, I had to manually edit the document and reprint it. I needed something easier, that's when I found the When I Work app. I can set a specific time block and easily drag and drop that shift into our employees schedule. Then if there are any changes, I just move the time block to another employee. Because I spend so much less time prepping our work schedule, I am able to give more time to our store and our customers. I love this program!
