I love that every member of our team is able to show their availability in one place and scheduling is quick and easy to change! It's nice that it's easy to schedule things in advance and edit details of the list. Our employees are able to go through and check in when they arrive at their sites and if they miss it's immediate for us to track! It's really easy to add detailed messages to specific actors when they need more specific details on the performances they are doing. It's easy to add in those minor details in the scheduling aspect of things for the entire team to see as opposed to having to reach out to every individual who is going to that site and have to say the same thing multiple times.

After looking at multiple systems for scheduling we came across When I Work. It is simple to use and our employees love it. We allow our employees to do some work from home where they can easily add to their time sheets. Scheduling employees is easy especially when they put their preferences and availabilities in. It also allows for employees to trade and swap shifts if a conflict comes up allowing for management to have one less thing to work about.

I like that you can use the app to switch shifts with other workers as well as the fact that there are descriptions for the time slot you are alotted. I also enjoy the early reminders before work.
