Easy & simple but has flaws

When I work has a clean layout and makes it very easy to input your availability and see who is working. It shows you a schedule of your own shifts, as well as all shifts in an upcoming week. I like that it sends email reminders 2 hours before each shift as well.

The best tool for managing staff schedules

As the leader of the department, keeping track of the staff's schedule compliance was a complex and inaccurate task, but since we started using When I Work, this is no longer a problem. With When I Work, it's easy to create an accurate work schedule for each employee, and they can log the hours they worked and also know the work they need to do. One of the features I like most about When I Work is that employees can easily let me know through the platform if they are available to work or not, so I know who I have available when I need to assign an urgent task. Similarly, When I Work allows me to indicate when I am not available for work, so my bosses and those under my charge know that I will not be able to assume my responsibilities and the reasons for this. One of the features I appreciate most about When I Work is that it allows direct supervision of which employees are starting their work late and which are working overtime, to automatically adjust their payments. When I Work also includes a tool to have statistics on employee behavior, so I can know which resources are most important for certain projects, and it also helps me understand how much workload we are capable of handling simultaneously successfully.
