It is easy to use, and updates us on our schedule and changes immediately.

Great platform for employees and management to keep an up to date schedule. Love the auto-schedule feature as well as the shift drop feature for employees that allows all changes to be made in real-time. I like that the employees are able to put in their availability themselves rather than the old way of sending a text/email/handwritten note where I had to compile and keep track of everyone's availability. It makes scheduling easier and clearly indicates which shifts are available to be scheduled. It also allows employees to input preferred shifts, this allows me to schedule as they prefer and leads to less dropped shifts and shift changes.

It wasn't very buggy, quite intuitive, user friendly. Tracking hours was easy within the app. The messaging feature was easy to use, though sometimes the notifications wouldn't show up.
