Great for keeping your schedule organized, but not super user friendly!

|When I Work
I like it because it's super easy to see your schedule laid out in front of you. You no longer have to worry about a scheduling manager not seeing your email with a day off request, instead, you just mark yourself unavailable in the app! It's also great to be able to view your coworkers schedules.

Effective Scheduling System

|When I Work
I’ve used When I Work with two separate companies. The functionality benefit both in different ways. For the first company, we had to schedule a certain amount of coaches to work at a time and the shift drop/pick up functionality helped staff find shift replacements fairly easily. For the second company, it was the first time they ventured away from manually gathering staff availability and writing the schedule in excel. The availability and time off requests helped teach the staff (mostly high schoolers) to take responsibility for their own schedules.
