Great, but has it's issues

|When I Work
If you have a lot of employees with different scheduling needs, this is a wonderful platform for you. You can set up different departments, locations, and can control who can clock in and when. They have a great support team as well for when I run into issues. I've asked questions at all hours, and I always receive a fast and easy response. Not much need for back and forth.

Helping to keep our employee schedules straight

|When I Work
When I Work has been a lifesaver for keeping track of our employee schedules and hours worked! Our employees have varying schedules week to week so it can be hard to remember who's working what on our team, but When I Works helps us keep track of our employees and helps our employees keep track of their ever-changing shifts.

It's super easy for employees to use - there's no confusion about "oh I didnt know I was scheduled" because it's right there on their phone
