Honestly, one of the most important things with any service, but especially SaaS, is the customer service. I don't reviews often unless I have either an amazing or a terrible experience with a company. I'm a SaaS veteran, with over 30 apps in my active use toolbelt, and even more on the backburner. I've tried well over 100 different business focused SaaS apps, and almost ALWAYS to find the customer service to be lacking. Whether it's terrible turnaround times, language barriers, or the worst: support that literally doesn't even know anything about the product. I can honestly say WhatConverts blows me away in this arena every time I need help. I made mistakes with setting up numbers and ended up wasting all my generous trial spend: they refunded immediately. I ran into technical issues a couple times with UI/UX: they always replied in less than a minute. I ran into technical issues with some of the most advanced features on the platform: They spent over 30 minutes with me to figure it out, even overcoming issues that had nothing to do with the platform itself.
