Great tool to begin with!

Im going to begin by saying that it is such a user-friendly tool. Great for companies that are beginning to document and keep control of their SOPs, policies, work instructions, etc. In other words, this is a tool that im sure is going to be great if you want to establish a documentation culture in your company.

One Wiki Tool To Rule Them All

I like Whale's simple user interface and attention to things like update reminders and the ability to rename sections to match the company's lexicon. The Suggestions functionality is also SUPER powerful. Wiki tools shouldn't be that complicated — Whale delivers.

easy to use, great customer service

Whale is extremely easy to implement through the Board/Playbook/Card system. We see limitations with the layout as an advantage to focus on content quality. I also appreciate the on-the-job training permitted by linking training cards to specific web pages.
