The documentation process is straightforward. We can customize and standardize all internal processes within Whale with the same voice, look, and feel. We use the product daily. The support team is amazing, and onboarding the solutions was very easy. The integration with all of our other productivity solutions is a breeze.

The program is very user-friendly. We have recently just signed with them and our managers have started adding our content. We had another online training manual and moved over to Whale. Whale was able to take our prior content and upload everything into editable documents for us. So amazing. We were worried we would have a struggle with having to get our prior content moved over, but it was easy and stress free. We have not yet implemented the program for our employees, but I think they will agree that it's very easy to use, and nice to look at!

We turned to Whale because we needed a central place to consolidate all our knowledge and information for our Support department.
