Wellable has so many choices for the types of physical activities you can participate in. Not everyone is able to do rowing and swimming for example. But Wellable has so many other physical activities to choose from. There is something for everyone and for all age groups. You can log your walking distance or steps etc. That is so easy. You already walk to the train or bus and then to the office. For me that is already 1.5 miles. Then there is another 1.5 miles to return home. You get 300 points for just getting to the office and back home. I like the daily recording of the physical activities that I am able to do. Wellable keeps me on track to do these activities. Now after a year and a half participating in Wellable, it has become a no-brainer. I just do these activities every day. But of course, if there is a storm outside, I will wait until the next day to do my walk and do some indoor physical activities on the list such as stretching, yoga, dancing, etc. Also, Wellable gives us points for these activities and that equates to money which can be used to purchase items from the established Market Place. I also enjoy watching the monthly Webinars and earn points. The Webinars are very relevant to today's working people. Watching the monthly webinar and doing a quiz gives you 400 points. Recently, I watched the Wellable Webinar: Hydrate for Health. The webinar is presented by a dietition who clearly explained everything you need to know about keeping hydrated. This is very important for people working in a office at a desk to remember to get up and keep hydrated or have a water bottle nearby. Also, great Support from Wellable. Their team reaches out to you quickly and with results. Wish all companies were that efficient and nice! Wellable is easy to use from your computer or phone which is nice. I like the Bulletin Board which gives me all the information I need, whether it be for the start and end of the challenge, Thrive Account, monthly Webinar, etc. Wellable is designed so everyone can access and use. You don't have to be a technical wizard. I use it every day. It has become routine for me to log in my physical activities as well as to obtain any other information.
