Our organization has been using Wellable for two months, and as a basic user I really enjoy these two things: Educational Content: The Holistic Webinar Series is a prime example. The webinar focused on nutrition and wellness. It provided me with valuable insights into how the food I eat can impact my health. I recently switched from using nutrient-poor, high-fat mayo to avocado as a healthy alternative. I also started increasing my intake of foods with omega-three fatty acids to benefit my heart health. Fitness and Mindfulness: Wellable offers on-demand fitness and mindfulness classes. I can access these on my iPhone which makes them super convenient for me to work out anywhere and anytime. The other day, I was stuck waiting at the auto shop, and I decided to do so with a little 10-minute mindful medication. It made the shock of the total bill a bit easier to swallow and kept me from ruminating on something I couldn't control.

I like how I get to compete with my coworkers in the leaderboard. I like the VODs that are offered. THAT is my favorite part. I like how they are home-accessable and I don't feel like I need to have fancy equipment. The app is easy to navigate I like how it connects to my apple watch/Apple Health data. Monthly webinars are fun and easy to follow along. The presenters are great.
