I think Wellable is an amzing tool to keep people motivated and keep them accountable for thier goals and it having an incentive makes it more goal oriented! The videos are also pretty good go to's!

I like that its online, thus giving you the oppurtunity to follow along from your bedside, workplace or in the car. This gave me total control & conveniece of receiving the info wherever I was. You get very helpful tips, recipes and free access to more support. I've made tons of dishes from the receipes that helped me get my family back on track to healthy living. When I wanted to loose weight, I was put in touch with weight watchers, when I wanted to de-stress in the workplace but I had little to no time, I was directed to yoga tips and exercises I can do right at my desk. I even played calming music and audibles while I worked at my desk and helped me focus on other tasks. The host always engage and want feedback. They even offer additional support after the webinars in case you have additional questions or concerns. It also has a playback feature in case you missed the live recording. Its been easy to implement into my daily life by having the app on my watch, phone and computer, which tracked my steps, notified me when I needed to get moving, and was just always on top of managing my health. Definitely was easy to integrate into my daily life and use the app frequently by being in sync with all platforms.
