From logging into to patient files, pulling billing reports, scheduling patients, coding etc. My favorite aspect of the program in the online university and webinars that keep you up to date for any new standards on the physical therapy forum. If you ever need to trouble shoot problems, the response time is within one day to resolve your problem.

Easy to use, didn't have much of a problem getting started.
