Their communication and results. Results speak for themselves as they always hit our goal benchmarks but we are so successful because of their communication. If there is a problem with a campaign, they are reaching out first. If we are underspending on a month because the overall search volume is down, they don't just spend the remainder on useless campaigns, they give recommendations or it is just money that we save for when volume picks up. They are a huge reason to our success.

I like how simple their built-in CRM platform and dashboard is for small businesses (without much of a CRM strategy) to keep track of success. It's a great way to see lead flow in real time or the impact of digital marketing efforts. ..without guessing.
