The ability to be able to personalize web experiences

I really enjoyed the initial tutorial. John allowed me to share my screen and helped me, rather than taking the lead. I found this way to be a lot more memorable and could ask questions as we went through.

The simplicity of the platform navigation and the way the platform is constantly evolving - always looking to make things as easy as possible for users. The customer service we receive from our account manager Lisa is second to none as well, truly outstanding communication. She is always looking to help us get the most out of the platform and provides plenty of insight on how to do this.
