The interface is one that a user can easily navigate. I appreicate the way the data is laid out and when you research someone's wealth it provides an easy net worth number to use in your research.

I appreciate that you can pull up one contact at a time without doing a complete data upload or database scan. It's often helpful to do a one-off search without going through the longer data pull/upload process. I also like their metrics, including propensity to give, overall wealth range, stock ownership, multi-property ownership, etc.
