I love that the general layout and user interface mimics a social media feed. It's very clean and organized. It's a very intuitive system to use - proven by the fact that my college intern who had never used any CRM before picked up most of how to use it with very little training. The biggest game-changer for me was the integrated email portal feature. Email open/reading tracking, shortcut buttons to create tasks, start workflows, create a contact, etc. straight from an email, and the email templates all make my business way more efficient and organized.
