Amaya

Amaya in their words "is open sourced and... has been designed by W3C and INRIA with the primary purpose of demonstrating new Web technologies and helping users to generate valid Web pages." With it you can design xhtml pages and browse the internet.

It's okay. Its development has stopped since 2012.

What I like the best about Amaya it's that's it supports HTML, CSS, XML, XHTML, MathML, and SVG in an integrated fashion and is relatively easy to use. I also like the profiles you can set up. The best feature is the combination of browser and authoring tool.
